To Add Students to a Course

NOTE: If you are using the Blackboard integration, your student list will automatically be synced. Contact your technical support team in event of missing students.

 
  • Click  on the top menu bar
  • Select  on the drop-down menu, and select the appropriate course
  • Click  to get started

 

Add a single student:

  • Select
  • First check if the student is already registered in another course:
    • Begin typing in part of their name (minimum 3 characters), and see if the student appears
    • If the student appears in the list, select their name
  • If student is not already registered:
    • Fill in all required fields
    • Select a password for the student (passwords must be 5–6 characters in length), or select auto-generate to randomly generate a password 
  • Click
  • When completed, select 

 

Import a list of multiple students:

  • Select 
  • Note: You will need to create a CSV file -- if you require assistance, please contact your local technical support team
  • Click Browse/Choose File to select the file on your computer
  • Click 
  • Click 
  • When completed, select
